Excellent place to live! I lived at Wisteria Downs 3 years and can vouch for the excellent service and professionalism of the office staff and maintenance personnel. Maintenance is performed quickly. The complex and neighbors are quiet. One minute walk to downtown nightlife. The managers also sponsor occasional cook-outs and free snacks. The apartments have great storage space and feel large.
I must say I love the staff of Arlington Square one person who stood out was Nettie Laddie she not only made the experience very easy and stress free but she was very polite and professional I would have no problem recommending this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
I lived in Arlington Square for 3 consecutive contracts and if I didn't have to move out of town I would've easily renewed another lease. If I could relocate the staff at this location to the apartment complex I live in now, I would in a heart beat! They are always willing to help, always smiling, and miraculously address you by your name when you walk in. Anytime I had work orders, they were always appropriately addressed. I absolutely LOVE living here! The apartment is beautiful (unfurnished) but that gives you room to customize the look you want which I love. I bought my furniture from IKEA so it was fairly cheap. The leasing staff is amazing—super nice, caring, and really want to help you in the best way they can. I have never been less than happy with this apartment and with the leasing office staff here and have already resigned for next year.
