I’m in ottumwa for work every so often, and Wissota Chophouse is always a must for me. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, the star of the show though is the exceptional staff!! Every single individual, all the way up to Michelle the manager (who has impeccable drink recommendations, AND remembers me when I come in) are all 5 stars!
