Made a 1pm reservation... Sat there until almost 4 while all their shirtless bro workers stood around in a circle doing nothing. If you want poor customer service, nobody communicating what's going on, and a 4 hour float turned into 8 hours with all the waiting even after making reservations, then go with Wisner's. They'll be perfect for ya.
Friendly, very accomodating staff! Will definitely return to Wisner!
Great summer fun.
Had a great experience with Wisner last weekend. Called on Sunday morning and they were able to do a car spot for me for a solo trip down the Little Muskegon river that same day! Rachel's mom was the one who shuttled my car for me and she was so sweet! And they even called me later that evening to make sure I was ok and made it home safe Great service!!
