i recently moved into 939 n alfred and have had one issue after another. my unit was not remotely move-in ready & had the following maintenance problems when i moved in: exposed uncapped wires hanging in both bedrooms, GERMAN COCKROACHES, electrical issues including lights that didn’t work or flickered on and off, an outlet that pushed into the wall, a nonfunctional carbon monoxide detector, a balcony door that didn’t lock, broken clothing racks in both closets, a detached window screen, no hot water in the kitchen, a dishwa... read more

I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for a more wonderful place to call home for the past five years. I moved into this apartment five years ago, I can confidently say it was the most special place I could have spent such a formative chapter of my life. I am extremely disappointed with the administrative handling and lack of support from this property management company. I experienced a four-month delay in receiving my security deposit refund due to the leasing office's refusal to manage tenant transitions properly. When issues arose with roommates, management completely refused to get involved or assist in resolving the conflict, simply directing me to handle everything with the roommates directly. Broken outlets maintenance came and told us they'd be back the next day to fix. It's now been 3 weeks with no communication or followup. Won't respond to emails.
