Gary has gone above & beyond, helping me move into 1600 Venice Blvd. Everything was communicated clearly from the beginning, and I knew exactly what to do & when to do it. I’ve never had a move-in go this smoothly.
I lived at 100 S. Orlando for a bit over four years. It was a great place for me. The property manager, Josh, is extremely kind and responsive, and was always helpful whenever I needed something. This is a non-smoking building per the lease, yet Val, the property manager, has not enforced this policy despite repeated complaints. We have made her aware that someone in our unit is on oxygen, making both open flames and smoke a serious safety and health concern. The smoking continues daily with no meaningful response. This has been extremely disappointing.
Steer clear, especially of "Edinburgh Courtyard." Fire alarms going off at all hours of the night for over a year. A serious shooting incident in the building. Incompetent management who does nothing. Broken elevators, spiders and cockroaches.
I never write reviews, and this is actually the first one I have ever posted, but my experience here has been that good!!! I want to give a shoutout to Keila, the property manager, because she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive from day one. Every interaction with her and the leasing office staff has been friendly and straightforward, maintenance requests were handled quickly, the building has always been clean and well-kept, and I have consistently felt safe and taken care of.
