Our realtor with Wiseman home team was fired for not filing amendment paperwork before the deadline. This was in July of '21. There were multiple things that needed to be addressed and the owner, Derek, did his best to avoid any responsibility. It was so bad that when we brought up the issues that we as the homebuyers and his clients should not have to pay for because it was his employee's failure, he threatened to cancel the entire sale.
