So glad we have a local, professional and efficient urgent care medical center right here in Lake Shore. I unfortunately had an emergency last Sunday when my 12 year old son twisted his ankle and couldn't walk. We took him to Wise urgent care because it's just 5 minutes away, it was almost 6:00 pm and they were about to close but they let us bring him in, they examined him and were awesome! This is by far the best urgent care facility I have ever dealt with, thank you for opening in Lake Shore!!
I came in a few weeks ago for a UTI and was SO impressed. It was clean and friendly. When they were running a little bit behind, the owner/ head doctor came in on a Sunday on his day off to help speed things up. I was offered coffee several times (so different than usual urgent care!!) while I was waiting, and once I saw the doctor, my care was thorough and quick. I'll never go to another urgent care again!
Brought my daughter here today and was very impressed with everyone we met there today, from the receptionists to the doctors. I highly recommend them!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the receptionist, to the doctor, they were kind friendly and helpful. The medical assistant Amber was so sweet to my five year old that had a sore throat. This is the first review I have ever left, but felt I had to given the amazing service and care we received here. I will recommend to everyone! Good luck on your new business!
Very nice staff and EXTREMELY clean facility.. 1st Impression was A+++.. My only thing is the doctor tells me 1 thing about my ear so I agreed to an ear cleaning; instead of using warm water, the nurse used freezing cold water which resulted in dizziness and I then told her I refused further. The nurse looked in my ear and told me something completey different than the doctor (without saying it, I didn't need the ear cleaning according to her).
