Called Wise Properties in late Summer of 2025 regarding our lawn needing to be mowed, Horizan Landscaping has the contract. I was told then they were holding off due to the dry conditions. We have an irrigation system for a reason folks ! Grass was 10 inches high ! To date, it has not rained in two days and was told 5/28/26 Horizon would be out the following day, evidently that was a LIE! Grass is high again, and still no sign of the mowing crew. I decided to do a follow-up call with our property management group due to a miscommunication with a reservation for the community center. I spoke with India and she had been made aware of the situation and provide the upmost professional customer service. It was a very positive experience. I almost never do any reviews, but I am happy to share this experience.
Wise Property Solutions has been great since I moved into my new home! Just today, I spoke with India, who was very professional, kind, and quick to help me. Every time I have had a question or needed to submit a request, everyone has been quick to get back to me. I highly recommend them!
