We bought our house in 2017 September. Had 2 inspections (because of the hurricane). Everything passed. February 2018 - I was cleaning the spare bathroom and my hand went into my sons tile (broke a hole). Put in a claim, we had a $2500 deductible so we came back with $0. That same day, our bedroom ceiling collapsed. Again, a $2500 deductable. Then August 2018, our living room ceiling collapsed. It ended up that it was a HVAC problem where the AC rusted through. The most thorough home inspection agent I've ever come across. He spent over 3 hours inspecting our home. He found every little thing possible, making us secure in our home purchase. We paid for the very modest optional wind inspection fee and that saved us several hundred dollars per year on our home insurance. We would refer him to all of our friends and family and would definitely use him again.
I highly recommend anyone who needs a home inspection to use Wise Home Inspections. Phil provided me with excellent customer service. He provided me with cost saving tips on replacement items. He did an extensive inspection on all the items that I have concerns on. Then provided detail explanation on his findings. I give Phil 5 stars for excellent service.
