I have had several inspections done by other companies in the past. This company is by far the most professional I have had. Very fast, thorough and detailed report. They documented everything with pictures and detailed explanations. The customer service and communication were also outstanding. I will only use this company in the future for all my inspections needs. In summary, excellent job and wonderful service.

worst experience so far and very upset with the owner itself Mr. Wise , who has given me peace of mind that the inspection passed and nothing major is wrong with the house, we are running on the third month back and forth since day one for a major water and multiple leaks around the house, also with plumbing and claiming warranty as well. In portfolio says will cover up to $4000 some change worth of damage; when contacted explained me in a false way its actually only $500 worth of damage; also my washer and dryer never worke... read more

**** did a mold inspection on my property, and I was quite impressed with his acumen and expertise. He was prompt in scheduling, and delivering his report. He also took my calls with the many questions I had, patiently explaining his process as well as his test results. I will definitely utilize his services again and keep him as part of real estate team when it comes to inspections. Thumbs up!

Philip offered excellent service! He was very professional, prompt and informative. The inspection was very thorough and detailed. Unfortunately due to all the underlying issues found, I'm not purchasing the property but I am thankful, Phil saved me from a hefty problem longterm. I will definitely use Wise services again in the near future

James was highly professional and thorough in the inspection of my 1 year old home. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions, including questions that were not part of the actual inspection. He followed up with detailed written reports. James gave me many helpful suggestions that were not part of the actual inspection. I highly recommend Wise Home Inspections.

We used the WiseHome Inspection Team twice, once for a New Home Construction Purchase (Walkthrough) and one year later for Home Warranty Inspection. Both times Inspector Michael M. conducted the home inspection. Overall we were very pleased with his thoroughness and His ability to identify and document defective items that required repairs. Phil Wise was recommended by a business friend who I trust and he lived up to my expectations. Phil was able to help me out at the last minute. He was prompt, professional, thorough with competitive pricing. We also walked through the home with a thorough explanation of his report. He did both the home inspection and wind mitigation.
