Wise home Inspection was excellent. Was there a bit early an did what I think was a very good inspection. He checked all areas inside and out; and the reports were sent to us within just a few hours. He answered all of our questions and even took pictures of one area that we pointed out.There was one location where I wish he would have taken a picture of, but that didn't detract for the excellent work otherwise. Wise Company was a recommendation from my realtor who works for the *********************. I did not see the inspector during the process but I the service was fast and efficient. The results were done in a timely manner. Follow-up was also given as well as phone follow-up for satisfaction with the service provided. 3 things to note about this company, fast, efficient and follow through. I highly recommend.

wise inspection delivers an amazing service. Very precise examination. found every single little issue possible in the home inspection. great after service also. answered all of my questions, explained everytihng, great recommendations on what to do to get the property up to safety standards. Our experience with this company has been a complete disappointment. This company was recommended to us and after seeing all their 5 star reviews we hired them to have an inspection done on a property we were purchasing. At first we were impressed by the service but it wasn't until after the inspection we quickly realized there was a major lack in efficiency and effectiveness. I am sorry you had issues after closing. As I recall, these were largely beyond the scope of a home inspection. We can't detect mold behind baseboards and are not code inspectors. There were no leaks at the time of inspection.<div id="videoPopupMenu" style="display: none;"></div>
