Awesome! I have to say that, being the pessimist that I am, I was just a bit reluctant to hire someone that I knew nothing about to come into my home. If you're worried about that, DON'T BE! Great guy--no problem. As far as computer repairs, he knows his stuff, he works fast (and can talk at the same time!), and is much more than reasonable in his hourly rate. $20/hour? (Really, Garrett, you should definitely charge more than that! $25 wouldn't hurt customers much and would be better for you.) Anyway, I've found my permanent... read more
Nick expertly handled the repair of my shattered iPad screen. Wise Guy is the most reasonable option to handle such a repair. Nick even came in on his day off, so I would have my repaired iPad to take on a trip. Nick was easy to talk with both on the phone and in person. He provided progress updates by email and texts. The store is very neat and follows current Covid stipulations.
