We have had our storage unit here for almost 10 years and I have never had any issues and I also have 5 other family members that have there units there and also have had no problems. I would recommend this storage unit facility to everyone. Great customer service!

Terrible rodent problem. Made a modification to the roof over the unit rented by a family member. Many things destroyed. The company refuses to acknowledge the issue. We were their when the unit was rented. Had no sky light. Now it does. Damage occurred directly below location of new sky light. Family heirlooms ruined. Silly us to think a reputable business would actually take care of something we are paying them to do so.

We had recently rented a storage unit from them for about 4 years and never had any issues or any problems occasionally we would have to put some pest traps in there
