I have been renting storage from them over 5 years and am very happy with there services! I have never had a problem in that time and customer service is excellent! Bridget in the office is really helpful with any questions or boxes or material I needed! Secured property with 24 hour surveillance is a plus for me! Place is the cleanest compared to other storage places I have rented from. I would recommend anyone that wants to safely store there belongings. The office is open everday, another plus! We have had our storage unit here for almost 10 years and I have never had any issues and I also have 5 other family members that have there units there and also have had no problems. I would recommend this storage unit facility to everyone. Great customer service!

I have Been there for a long time one increase clean variety of sizes friendly staff only thing I dont care for is hours 7 to 7 coded Gate

Terrible rodent problem. Made a modification to the roof over the unit rented by a family member. Many things destroyed. The company refuses to acknowledge the issue. We were their when the unit was rented. Had no sky light. Now it does. Damage occurred directly below location of new sky light. Family heirlooms ruined. Silly us to think a reputable business would actually take care of something we are paying them to do so.
