RecommendedI did several months of "research" called and downloaded several "top rated" CRM's for real estate and finally came across Wise Agent. After just a few hours I decided it would be a good software ... for one .. you didn't have to be a programmer to figure it out. But by far, the greatest asset is the people. They are AWESOME! you actually get a friendly person that knows what they are doing. By far a very rare thing these days. I will forever be a Wise Agent customer. "Lord Willing!"

Wise Agent is the other half of my brain. I love it. I don’t know how anyone keeps track of everyone and everything without it. I use the mobile app all day long to keep track of my text and email conversations, and I appreciate being able to attach a picture of me and my contact info to a text.

Great customer service!!! I have used Top Producer in the past...tested CLOZE and Follow up Boss and Wise Agent does everything and is very easy to learn....and if you have a problem customer service is there to help. I called and emailed this evening and Camilla got right back to me. I was thinking I would have to wait until the next day. First class service with a smile over the phone.
Just got started with Wise Agent and I must say the system is incredible! Got everything set up within an hour and was ready to go. Everything you need as an agent is right here at your finger tips. Texting, Email, Newsletters and so much more is available for you to use. The system also syncs with Mojo which is very important to me and contacts are imported into Wise Agent with a push of a button. Also, customer service is second to none. I am moving from TP to Wise Agent, just on the strength of my first call to them...They answered the phone!!!! And answered all my questions and Kristyl was fantastic. Smart. Sweet! Patient!!
I have been using Wise Agent for many years! I use it daily as we should. I called support twice today with 2 different questions. I had my answers to my questions within a couple of minutes on each occurrence. Very friendly customer service support representatives and they knew their system well. Thank you for such a great experience.
This company needs to work on their customer service department. Camilla was the worse to deal with. If you call to ask questions they sound irritated and just want to get you off the phone. The system is glitchy and clunky. I honestly can't believe they are still in business. Unprofessional staff and company! Beware!!
