I’ve been going to this dentist for 3 years, and I have never experienced such an awful, uncommunicative, unfair, and possibly illegal company policy until today. This company proactively reached out to me in November to schedule a “cleaning only” appointment, as to which I made the appointment with them via text for the date of Dec 17th. They then reached out on Dec 3rd to confirm my appointment, in which I confirmed on Dec 4th. Adding on because I ran out of room to type. I attempted to talk to the ladies at the front office regarding this situation on the day of my appointment and that I have never paid anything up deont, and they just said it was new, but couldnt provide me with any additional information. When I showed frustration that this was not told up front to me during any of my scheduling or rescheduling abd they continued to tell me bye, have a great day! over me in a condescending voice, which is completely unprofessional and immature. ... read more
