I have been a customer of Rural Insurance for almost 24 years and have had no major complaints until now. I had an accident 1/11/17 that was the other driver’s fault. The adjuster, Jay L. kept in good contact for the first two days after the accident, than he dropped off the planet. Now, more than 2 months later, my car has been fixed and my deductible paid, no one at Rural will tell me what’s going on about getting my deductible returned by the other driver’s insurance.
