I recently brought my personal auto and home over to Rural. My agent was extremely helpful in explaining my new policy and helping me bundle to save money. He was very timely in answering my questions and getting back to me, great customer service.
I don't even know where to begin. I've had Rural Mutual since I was 16. So for just under 15 years. -I got into a car accident in '09 and Jay handled my claim. He was awful. He did not listen to me, the police report, or any of the information I provided regarding the accident. He just said, "Well it says here the passenger of the other car says it was your fault. About a two years ago, we had a terrible water pipe burst accident in my Grandmothers home. My Grandmother was away when this happened and the damage was significant. I received so much help when needed most from this company that I am truly forever in their debt.
