They lied to me. They just care about getting there money and nothing else
The place ripped me off. Dishonest people working here. They lied and kept my security deposit. These people are thieves. Please do not rent from these bandits. Their rental property is generally pathetic and poorly maintained.
This place is so frustrating! I am an after school daycare employee. I do not work over the summer. This has been the case since day one. I have been here for 4 years now. Until this past June I was unaware that they were 'under the impression' an AFTER SCHOOL daycare operates all year long. Totally unprofessional management company. Live in Potosi property 835. We haven't had a mantainence person since June of this year, so getting anything fixed here has been a real joy and doesn't get done Property manager Leah Wells gives 4 different answers about same question. Very nonconsistent with everything needing to be addressed @ 835. I sit here and read all the feedback and wisconsin manaagement is bad to all the units.dryers broke a/c woth mold cant be used and excuses about everything.some managers have. There pets and can do anything..owner dont know about things or they dont care either.best bet is to find your dept of agriculture rural devlopment and see if they will help.www.rd.usda.gov
