What you pay for what you get is ridiculous. Run down apartments, corporate office is beyond rude and not helpful. Managers don't stay past 6 months. Run.
Well I found out that the security deposit check was sent to apartment address instead of forwarding address he couldn't get the address right but the new regional manager deserves a raise for putting up with incompetent people
We have not had a full time manager the entire year I have lived here, one day a week she comes to Two Rivers from Madison it's a nightmare. We have tons of problems in our apartments,Bed bug problem,bullying,too many animals,dog poop not picked up,hoarding,I could go on there is no control it's disgusting and difficult to live here . Sad no one cares or steps up to do anything!!!They won't give us the time of day ...
Don't give deposits BK maintenance 4 in less then4 yrs they do nothing as far as outside front/BK play favoritism....ect.....
Patrick did a great job fixing and cleaning the disposal and the P-trap for me.
