I have had nothing but a positive renting from this company so far. Not only do they provide affordable housing near campus, but the service is nothing but positive and timely (maintenance requests and Kenzie’s responses to emails are especially quick.) thanks for everything and I can’t wait to continue renting from you!
They let A known drama queen that surveils and records and takes pictures of everyone continue to be on the property to be a nuisance and a liability at A Two Rivers property and don't care about the tennants that have to endure it. Which is a violation of being able to live in peace. They happily give into her when she sends in photos and doesn't pay rent there. Cedar creek senior housing in Rothschild needs a new property manager. The apartments are nice and so is the building but management is terrible. The property manager doesn’t respond to issues in a timely manner or he doesn’t respond at all. His behavior is completely unprofessional. You get what you pay for! There are MANY reasons why NOBODY wants to live here, which is why they are offering “one month free” to new tenants @ Park Tower Apartments. Please DON’T fall for their trap! SAVE YOURSELF, PLEASE!! Their regional manager publicly stated, “occupancy forgives all sins”. No sir, it does not, but thank you for expressing your true feelings about your tenants.
