Do not rent from any property they manage. Their staff is unprofessional and unorganized. I moved out of my apartment about 6 weeks ago. I was informed by my leasing office that they did the inspection and weren't charging me for anything. I still have not received my money. I have called corporate many times, they never respond to emails or voicemails. Candy, is the worst employee they have so far! You get what you pay for! There are MANY reasons why NOBODY wants to live here, which is why they are offering “2 MONTHS FREE” to new tenants @ Park Tower Apartments. Please DON’T fall for their trap! SAVE YOURSELF, PLEASE!! Their regional manager publicly stated, “occupancy forgives all sins”. No sir, it does not, but thank you for expressing your true feelings about your tenants.
They let A known drama queen that surveils and records and takes pictures of everyone continue to be on the property to be a nuisance and a liability at A Two Rivers property and don't care about the tenants that have to endure it. Which is a violation of being able to live in peace. They happily give into her when she sends in photos and doesn't pay rent there. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS PLACE!!! Literally the worst management leasing company ever. They do no care about you, they only want your money and will screw you over to get it. When I first moved in, the place and carpets smelled absolutely disgusting. It smelled like animal urine and cigarette smoke and mold. The carpet cleaners never showed up to clean it, so I had to clean the carpet myself which I did to the best of my ability and removed as much debris and smell as possible. I have had nothing but a positive renting from this company so far. Not only do they provide affordable housing near campus, but the service is nothing but positive and timely (maintenance requests and Kenzie’s responses to emails are especially quick.) thanks for everything and I can’t wait to continue renting from you!
