You get what you pay for! There are MANY reasons why NOBODY wants to live here, which is why they are offering “one month free” to new tenants. Please don’t fall for their trap! SAVE YOURSELF, PLEASE!! Please read the official public statement from their regional manager. This will clearly show you how they feel towards their tenants.
They let A known drama queen that surveils and records and takes pictures of everyone continue to be on the property to be a nuisance and a liability at A Two Rivers property and don't care about the tennants that have to endure it. Which is a violation of being able to live in peace. They happily give into her when she sends in photos and doesn't pay rent there.
