I had my account setup as autopay for a year and never had any issues. My last month before removing the device, I'm hit with a nfs fee. I tried reaching out to get this removed as my card is still valid and expiration date is in over a year and have enough funds to cover this amount. They said they cannot remove this $35 fee and I will have to pay it to get my device even removed. That is so crooked to just add any fee they please.
