After a few days, my wife and I found out that our AC furnace was not cooling down our house, instead of going from 75 during the day to 72 during the night (as scheduled) we were reaching 80 and the furnace was working non stop! At 10:00pm before going to bed we decided to call Wisconsin Fuel and left a message on their voicemail. Wisconsin Fuel was used in our brand new construction home. While the service techs for Wisconsin Fuel have been nothing but pleasant to work with...we have had NUMEROUS problems with the quality of product and the techs not being to fix these problems. In the 10 months we have lived at our new home, techs have been out a total of 12 times to work on 2 problems which still to this date have not been fixed. They came out to clean my furnace last week. After the cleaning, the furnace quit working yesterday. Will make further comments on results of service and time of repair. Follow up on Furnace Cleaning WF came out to check furnace shortly after first post. Possible air in oil line. Steve corrected issue very quickly, very knowledgable technician. No cost for service call. If I could give then 6 stars I would.

WOWOW - First of all the Customer Service is Stellar. I called and they got me in same day - which was amazing. Secondly Josh A. came and I'm telling you this guy got so much stuff out of my ducts and I had them also clean the dryer vent. I was shocked at what came out of there. He was clean, efficient, polite, professional, gave me good information and recommendations. I cannot say enough good things. I am having them come back to service my furnace as well. Kudos Wisconsin Fuel Team. Thanks Kathy R.

My outside fan on my air conditioning unit stopped. I was able to determine that the capacitor that powers it has exploded. I figured I would not be able to find anyone who would sell me the part, resulting in a lot of money for someone to spend a few minutes replacing it. Called Wisconsin Fuel and they were the only place who would sell parts to the public. I was able to fix the problem myself for under $35. Having to conduct business with them long distance and on the phone for repair with a swimming pool heater they were great. They were able to take care of finding the problem and fixing it right away. Would for sure recommend them.
