I have a flashing H2 code on my ductless indoor unit and called them. They send one technician who came and told me he didn’t know what the code meant. Few minutes later another “technician “was sent and he had told me the same thing. He could not figure out why the unit is not working. I asked him if he could check the Freon outside to see if the problem stems from there. He checked and later on stand in front of the unit like a lost puppy. Jonas - I apologize if you were disappointed in our services. You have an LG mini split unit that we did not install. The first technician that came out to your house did not know it was an LG unit and did not have the adapter to check the refrigerant levels in your unit. LG is one on the few units that needs a special adapter. So he left and you were not billed anything for his time. The second technician came with the adapter and checked over your unit. We just had our 26 year old furnace replaced today, with a new carrier unit. The WF&H team did a great job as usual, highly reccomend them!
