Technician who answers is very rude, stated he had enough jobs and didnt want anymore services continued to talk about contracts when i was just trying to do a one time service call. Asked how i was going to pay and questioned as to why i was calling for a customer and not doing their selves clearly he knows nothing about good customer service.

Terrible customer service; called Wirth Appliance in hopes of having a couple of residents' refrigerators repaired ( I work in an apartment complex) on a Friday & was told that a technician would be onsite either that day or by the following Monday at the latest. Monday rolls around & no one arrived on property. My office called to follow-up & was told that due to the holiday weekend no one would be available to come out until Wednesday of that week. They're pretty easy going, and as long as you're not in a huge hurry will either get the appliance fixed or know when to call it unrepairable.

Came to my house after hours when everyone else was going to make me wait at least a week to repair. I could not wait with all these loads of wet laundry. Found the issue, made the repair and life is good.
