Went in for a new patient cleaning and was there for an hour not once did an actual dentist come in and after all the x rays and measurements asked the dental technician if we were doing a cleaning today and was told no. First off who does all of the above prior to actually cleaning the teeth? X rays maybe but everything else should be done after. Their service is so so poor, needed copy of my xray to be email because had to see the Dental surgeon at 2 p.m.called 3 times , first two time said will send you in 5 min, 3rd time said when we have time. When ask to talk office manager and Dentist, was told they are not available. Talk to 3 different people, no willingness to help. Is this consider as a HIPPA violetion?
RecommendedJeanette is my hygienist. She is gentle, thorough and very caring. I started with her 6 years ago, and could not recommend her highly enough. She is a very professional, very skilled, and wonderful hygienist. I have hated visiting the dentist in the past, but I never dread seeing her or Dr. B - I know they will take great care of me!
