My son had an appointment and they cancelled his appointment just because I didn’t confirm it. They called me ONCE and didn’t even leave a message. Very unprofessional practice. The office manager is rude as well. I don’t not recommend this practice at all. The worst experience ever

Y’all, Dr B and Michelle are incredible. I am normally terrified to go to the dentist but I have nothing but excellent experiences here. I love that they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy - just today I picked up a new flipper that is so dang pretty and actually fits like a natural tooth would. I will be sending all of my friends and family here, and I look forward to my future encounters here because I am confident the end result will be a healthier and more beautiful smile.
Dr. B and her staff are amazing. She always takes the time to explain everything as well as give different options. She is the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. I would recommend Dr. B and her staff.
Went in this morning for a crown very anxious 😟 and nervous they all made me feel better! Nice nurse turned on music brought me a pillow and got to meet the dentist very nice. Highly recommend this place!!!! Everyone is very nice here and greatly appreciate all they did for me this morning!!!!!
This dental office is the best thing that had happened in Wesley chapel. The staff is amazing. I know I’m not alone when I say I literally get very anxious and nervous before any dental apt due to horrible past experiences. This office is AMAZING !!!
