Given a listing from a realtor and told to call to check if they accepted vouchers... realtor stated it was current on mls....called and once I stated I was inquiring about a voucher MD ISLAm stated that the listing is no longer available. So because you know it illegal to reject vouchers your new excuse is to say that the listing is no longer available when clearly you can see it on the MLS.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALFONSO MARTINEZ. My family’s experience with Mr Alfonso was nothing short of a nightmare. He was extremely pushy, rude and condescending. He was helpful at the beginning of my family’s home buying procedure but once he got what he needed from us he completely changed his behavior. Wrote numerous emails about rental they have listed on MLS, no response. I just don't get how business like this exists...
