I like the trails outside my patio. It is a nice community of Apts.
This is an excellent place to live. I love being in Des Moines but not right in the hustle and bustle of the city. It's also a good distance to downtown.
This is a great place to live! We have good neighbors. Our apartment is perfect! We enjoy walking our two dogs on the trails. We feel like we are in a small community on its own.
I would not live here again, they are slow to fix appliance issues and have a rude staff. A waste to even tour one of these aging apartments.
I moved in a little over a year ago, and I love it! I, too, have lovely neighbors and they all love my Max. My apartment is just perfect for me and Max and Tim (cat)...I am very very happy living here!! :o)
The people who work there are so nice, hardworking, and polite. They worked hard on the Pirate party and the party was fun.
