I love living at Winwood! It is a great fit for me and my dog. I love having the walking trails right behind my apartment and with the dog having an outside entrance. The living space is so comfortable and the staff is great at making sure things are in tip top shape. Also love that it is smoking free!
This is a nice neighborhood and great walking paths. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very polite and quick to respond when you need them.
I'm having a good time at Winwood! No complaints here. It is quiet and very pet friendly. I can hop on the trail next to my apartment and can venture throughout the Des Moines bike trail system. We are also close by to Hy-Vee, ice cream parlors and various restaurants. The staff is very friendly. If I need maintenance done, they are quick to respond. I'm glad I found this place!
Very spacious, vaulted ceilings. Very few shared walls. Quiet and well maintained.
The Winwood is the best apartment living experience! The office staff is professional and courteous. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of, and it is within a wonderful neighborhood with lots of trails. It is within walking distance to many essentials with easy access to Des Moines and surrounding areas. My beautiful apartment feels like home, and the price is right!
I've been here about six months and I love it.… Lots of green open spaces to walk and relaxing atmosphere...great office staff, maintenance, privacy, Very low low noise from other apartments. Close to everything you need. ❤️ happy I found this place!
