CONSUMER BEWARE! If someone is writing how great this co. is, then they either own it or work there & was told to write something good! They are the biggest scammer's out there!! CONSUMER BEWARE! Lovely people Winton's is a wonderful company. My grandson has been using them for years. I finally got around to having them service my A/C. I've never been more happy with someones service.
scammer a--holes baught a unit from them w/ warranty,they want to charge me for a service call for 39.00 to repair,no problem.Tech shows up replaces a capaciter and now wants to charge me 106 for diagnostic fee disposal and 59 for service. scam artist glad i did not or will not pay full amount.they threatened to put a lien on my house over it.I went down to their office to talk to them and to correct the issue,i told them that i was not going to pay for their shady practice and if they wanted the rest of the money to come "G... read more
MR do not let this co near your equipment they will cause damage or break it and then tell you how much it will cost to repair send them away do not get caught up in their low service call.
FRAUDULENT CON ARTISTS I have been using Winton's for PM for the past few years. Recently, my heat went out. Winton's arrived and proceeded to tell me at first that my heat exchange valve was not working and had to be replaced for $800. The tech then said the coils to my outside unit were impacted and the compressor was no good, so I needed a new unit. Avoid this company I am partly responsible for this company keeping an F rating with the BBB. They won't even respond to a complaint from them. They clipped me out of more than $200. I had to call another Service to correct a problem they created on my AC unit.
