Everything was fine
If you need to speak with someone or schedule an appointment. Make sure you have time. Have been on hold for over 20 minutes. Horrendous answering policies. Staff and doctors are great but holding and holding and still holding.
This is the most confusing building and no one is nice or helpful. There are no signs to let anyone know where they have to go. When trying to get an appointment there was a month long wait. When will the medical industry and doctors know that they work for us. We do not work for them. They take advantage of their patients by being jerks.
