We had a great trip! The property was clean, easy to navigate and has plenty to do, we definitely enjoyed our time there.
I was impressed with the ski ticket sales manager. We had purchased 4 lift tickets and rentals for our adult kids on Christmas Day. The fog was terrible the mountains was basically un-skiable and we asked if they would give us a voucher. They happily complied and gave us a voucher for the 4 lift tickets and the rentals. First class in my book. Thanks wintergreen!
We had a blast snow tubing. It's a great location, beautiful, and a good value. The snow tubing is great for a family that doesn't want to mess with a bunch of gear and spending time learning how to ski or snowboard- you can just show up and have a great time. The restaurant is okay and the resort signage on the summit is very confusing. Finding your way around up there will take several trips- the resort could do a better job with their location naming and sign conventions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tubing was well organized.
Came up to visit the folks from Austin, Texas and was able to enjoy some skiing and snowboarding with my son. Great time and memories. My only complaint is the overpriced snack bar. Worst $7 hot dog I've ever had in my life. Worked up a big appetite skiing and was very disappointed.
Have had a house on Hemlock Drive for 5 years! We are here must every weekend and every holiday! Saying we love it doesn't say enough!
Room smelled like Marijuana. Management is dismissive and rude. Did not get to ski the first day because of missing tickets. Second day found tickets but had the replacement in pocket accused of stealing tickets when I was only helping other patrons not skiing for myself at all. Total misunderstanding but treated horribly. Cheap comes with a price. Bewarned
The employees were the best ever! Every single person could have come straight out of " perfect customer service skills "school. Cheerful, polite, helpful and very personable. This was everywhere from the Mountain Inn, to the rental equipment, to the repair shop, to the restaurants, the market store…… I was extremely impressed with the employee's, running my own small business, help like that is the hardest thing to find. Condo outdated, but overall great experience! Slopes are extremely fun!
