I have worked with Functional Medicine physicians off and on since 2009 and have always found it helpful. My last physician in Tallahassee moved away. I prefer face to face rather than zoom so was very excited to learn about Dr Winter's practice, especially to see that she is certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine . It’s great to have a certified Functional medical practitioner that can only help you when you’re sick but work too keep you in a state of wellness and prevent illness from occurring. Practitioners like this are hard to find.
Dr.Winter takes the time to listen to your needs and formulate a plan that is specific to your comfort level. She was great at explaining the goals of each phase and letting me take control.
