Bought a 9K bike from them, it was shipped fast but once i got it the bike was not ride-ready. i had to take it to a shop BEFORE i could ride it. the sealant had dried in the tires, once i let the manager know about this, he offer to send me a bottle of sealant as a solution LOL!! and stated that the bikes were assembled at the manufacturer and they didnt check much after it. this is my 6th bike i get online and the worst experience with a retailer. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Was in a pinch for a sold out no ETA trivial part on a very special mountain bike that we waited a very long time to get...... Even being in Canada, Winter Park stepped up and we got our adapter sent overnight and now the weekend is ready to shred. Thanks for the awesome and lighting fast service, willing to help out a shop in need.
