I was in a lot of pain, and I knew which tooth it was. So the lady only took an xray of that area, although I had explained my whole mouth and jaw area was hurting. Overall, that was the only disappointing part of the visit. The staff is excellent for people going to be all up in your grill literally. In all seriousness, the dentist is wonderful and his newer associate extracted my tooth. I can't begin to tell you my fear of dentists, suffice it to say it is bad. The team at Dr. Carter's office understand and are amazingly helpful. They are not condensing, judgmental or rude. Quite the opposite, they are informative, caring and even funny. I am someone who can subside some of the feed with knowledge and they answer every question I have. I am blessed to have found this dental practice, thanks to the entire team!
