Each person, from the one handling the front desk, to the dental hygienist (did not get her name) to the dentist (Dr. Nguyen) were polite and professional. Each genuinely expressed interest in my care. It was a pleasure coming to Dental Associates.
Had a temp for hygienist. very professional, Rachel. always Dr. Wang is pleasant and educational. Will continue with them. Did have to wait 10-15 minutes for appointment.
Great staff, clean place, on long waiting to get serviced.
MY VISIT AS USUAL WAS GREAT
Normally in the type of person to be afraid and nervous when I walk into the dentist office,but this place was very friendly and welcoming. They immediately put my at ease and I was glad for it. It's been a very long time since I'd last seen a dentist and so I knew I had a lot of problems but the woman who went over everything with me (I don't remember her name but she's the small Asian woman) was very friendly and informative and discussed all my options with me. I went in for my first visit for an initial exam; Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere and I can't wait for my next appointment.
I have been to dentist's who have made me cry it hurt so bad. Dr. Wang is the best. He is so patient in explaining what he's doing and making sure I understand. I'm getting an implant and I honestly did not even feel it when he pulled the tooth :-). Also he smells good!!! Yasmine was also wonderful, I have had her several times and she is very patient and explains everything that is being done. She gives me "goody bags". Thank you both!!
Quick, painless, informative, and a cute dentist overall the best experience ive had at the dentist.
I've always had an amazing visit with Dr. Wang and his staff. Today when I came and I couldn't find a babysitter for my daughter one of the staff members came into the room to keep my daughter company while I had my teeth cleaned and examined and x-ray'd. I would recommend his office to any of my friends or family members.
