After my examine, an appointment was set up for me to get a root canal done within minutes of leaving the chair. My visit to Dental Associates was quite pleasant! The front desk was friendly in their greeting. Jacque, my hygienist, was very thorough in her work! Her good-natured personality helps relieve any stress one might have in their visit to a dentist. My appointment concluded with Dr. Carter reviewing my x-rays. I found the doctor to be very personable and easy to communicate with.
I was blown away by my first visit to the office. The WHOLE office staff was extremely sweet and helpful. Dr. Wang came in an introduced himself with his blue and orange scrubs and made me feel right at ease. He explained in depth to me what the plan of action would be and understood my financial burden. He looked me in the eyes(which were filled with tears) and said to me that he would get me smiling again! I will be a forever patient and spread the word around of his kindness!
