I'm not one who likes changes so when I heard Sara was no longer there I was a little dissapointed however after meeting Helen I was very satisfied. She was very understanding and she made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything to me. She is definitely an asset to the dental office.
Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Dr. Nguyen was great with my 9 yr old. She talked to him instead of me about things he needed to do and not do. She also then took the time to talk to me. Great chair side manner for sure.
My experience with Dr. Steve Wang was very informative. He explained what services I would need to have and why. I have been looking for a dentist for some time now; and I was very comfortable with the doctor as well as the office staff.
Great Business with Great People!
Went through a teeth cleaning process today and also had an antibiotic treatment in gum area. Tech was very gentle, explaining each procedure and giving pointers on how to keep teeth in good order. Dr. Wang gave examination also. Dr. Wang is a wonderful Dentist and I will keep going to him as long as he practices in Winter Haven.
Since my first visit to my recent I have been treated with care, given guidance and treatment for my oral issue which has improved. Can't wait to go back for my next treatment/cleaning for that fresh feel.
Support staff great in working me into an appointment on short notice. Good follow up on phone calls. Technician good on her work and explanations. Dr Wang very thorough on his exam. Found no problems! Very good on his explanations of what he found and what might be future problems with various fillings. Overall a very good experience at the dentist! Would recommend very highly for all aspects on a trip to the dentist!
