Dr Wong and his team are absolutely wonderful. The doctor is efficient and skillful. Helen, the dental hygienist was just excellent. She did a deep cleaning on my teeth but was so gentle I experienced no pain or soreness afterwards. The overall care is very advanced using up-to-date techniques and equipment. They work together well as a team and provided me with all the information I needed to make good decisions about my dental care. It was my first time to this office. The staff booking the appointment were so helpful and understanding. I even had to reschedule my appointment and had no issues getting right in again. I go to my first appointment and needed to be scheduled for two different cleaning. The office was so helpful with working around my not so normal schedule. The office is very clean and organized. Visit went without a hitch until I went to check out. It seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to get the next appointment scheduled, card run through, etc. (About 10-15 minutes.) The actual dental procedure was the best I've ever had. Helen has excellent "people" skills, and the lightest touch with the local anesthesia syringe. And she knows her primary job (Keeping my teeth in my mouth.) very well. Dr. Wang's exam and briefing of where we stood, and what needed to be done was excellent. I broke a tooth that could not be saved. Dr. Nguyen did an excellent job of explaining the damage to the broken tooth and what my repair options were. She did my tooth extraction without causing me any pain and very minor discomfort. I hate dental work of any kind, much less a tooth extraction. Dr. Nguyen calmed me, assured me, and treated me gently! I would recommend her 100%!
Having visited Dr. Wang's office before, I knew that I would be well taken care of. The exam was very detailed and thorough. I know exactly what needs to be done. On the next visit, my teeth will be cleaned and an appointment will be made at that time for any further work to be done, Glad I made the choice to visit Dr. Wang and his professional staff for my dental work !!
My elderly mother was very apprehensive about her dental cleaning.today. Jacque was informed and was gentle with her. In addition to reassuring her, she constantly let her know what she was doing and encouraged her to signal if she was uncomfortable. We had a great experience!!!
