Been going here since they opened years ago but hadn't been in awhile. Went for lunch today & cost $20 for a sub, 1 trip to salad bar & soda. Overpriced. I could have had a filet mignon dinner at that price.
Good food but waited over an HOUR for a medium pizza and there was no attempt at an apology or refund or coupon for next visit. Horrible customer service. Have gone twice and both times service has been deplorable aka long waits for food, check, and rude staff.
Got cut after training for 3 days? No explanation why? ...
Best NY pizza! Great place. Definitely going back!
Stopped at WinterGarden Pizza Company...grabbed the dinner special to take home...Lobster Ravioli in a red cream sauce...with blackened shrimp… Though I requested sautéed shrimp…with broccoli and garlic knots… And a choice of soup or salad with it… All I can say is: super Yum! — eating deliciousness at Winter Garden Pizza Company.
