Since the new owners took over, I ignored the negative feedback I had read online until I now when I personally Experienced the rude and condescending attitude of the owner ‘Bob’. It was apparent that his first priority is NOT the customer.
Great service and wonderful pizzas. New management seems to be doing a good job.
Great atmosphere, good service and delicious pizza
Best pizza in Central Florida! Perfectly cooked every time and excellent service every time. Paired with a pretty nice beer selection it is a great dining experience.
While the pizza is better than Pizza Hut, this place is terrible. This was maybe my 4th or 5th time going here, and it's always the same terrible service. They don't greet you, they never smile, and they take forever to bring a pizza. I had the same experience over and over, so I won't be going back. Just not nice. Not pleasant.
Worst experience ever! After waiting an hour to be seated (which we expected on a Friday evening), we placed our order for two pizzas. It was at that point that we were notified pizzas were taking 40 minutes. The pizzas actually took 1 hour and 10 minutes! During that time, our waitress came by 2 times (once on her own accord). We had to ask 3 other people 4 separate times to find our waitress or get something, like napkins and plates for our food. Each time, the reaction we received was as if we were putting them out.
