Outstanding service and food. Been coming for the last year and a half- never disappointed; best spaghetti sauce anywhere, good home cooked feeling.

Service was slow, pizza wasn't that great, we were seated in a secluded area of the restaurant. Just an all and all bad experience.
Rant...Not Clermont but close...Winter Garden Pizza. Seen many comments about the decline after new ownership and just personally experienced why. The food was good but the service is less than desired and the prices are getting out of hand. And now a 1/2 order of garlic knots is no longer half price but more. We were visiting with family over the weekend, and stopped in for a bite. The first Italian sandwich I was served was wrong. (It had onions on it and missing tomato when I requested no onion.) The second sandwich I was served had a long, blonde hair in it, which I unfortunately discovered halfway through the sandwich when it was almost stuck in my teeth. Gross! We’ve been visiting WGP for 11 years. Always good - until today. Chicken parm was three little strips so thin... more breading than chicken. Has something changed? New management? I asked my server about it. He didn’t seem concerned, and though I asked him to let management know about my concern, no one seemed to care. I’ve read some other bad reviews here. None received a response. I expect none. It’s a sad day for Downtown Winter Garden.
