I called earlier in the day, for a sump pump. Vince answer the phone, I asked him if they had this sump pump in stock, and he said, we have only one left. I said can I come and pick it up, and he said I'll put it on the counter and it'll be waiting for you. I went up an hour later to pick it up and my name was on the box. The gentleman behind the counter said, I'll be right with you it was a few seconds. Very professional, very neat store at the counter. And I had a great experience there. First, I must say I do not like to shop for anything. Lisa R made our experience relaxing and enjoyable. We made a decision to finish our renovations sooner than later, after our first meeting with Lisa. ( I have already shared our experience with 3 of our contractor friends.) You can trust Lisa to get the right products for your project, and honestly, you don't really need to show up at the showroom. She will handle the entirety of the job.
