First, I must say I do not like to shop for anything. Lisa R made our experience relaxing and enjoyable. We made a decision to finish our renovations sooner than later, after our first meeting with Lisa. ( I have already shared our experience with 3 of our contractor friends.) You can trust Lisa to get the right products for your project, and honestly, you don't really need to show up at the showroom. She will handle the entirety of the job. She is very knowledgeable and helped me to narrow down my choices very quickly. The recommendations she gave me were spot on! I highly recommend working with Lisa.
Julia in the showroom, stay away!!!. Rude, Inconsiderate, and does not take responsibility when making a mistake. Made up the most insane excuses why a part was late. Even went as low as putting her staff down. Not a good way to do business.
This company really takes care of their customers which is really nice to see. The staff are highly knowledgeable
