Poor customer service, I walked in and the two guys behind the counter didn’t say one word. I stood there for a while and after they ignored me long enough I just walked out. They could have said “be with you in just a second” or anything along those lines but instead they kept their noses in their computers. I get people are busy but acknowledge the customer and let them know it will be a minute.
For a 3k order you would think they would help load the truck. Customer service is below what I receive at EVERY OTHER supply house I go to. I have literally been coast to coast.
Knowledgeable staff, they might not have the part you are looking for, but they wont waste your time. They know their inventory.
