After 10 plus years of being a patient at this office. I get a letter from Dr. Stowe with no explanation telling me I should find another dentist. I never missed any appointments I’ve been a good patient. I feel highly disrespected and disgusted at such blatant disregard for long standing patients. I used to refer people to them place because of how nice everyone was. Luckily there are plenty of dentists closer, better, more caring, and considerate than this practice.
My wife was having an emergency and they wouldn't even answer phone left a message they never called me back her dentures hurt and don't fit do not use them

Really liked the dentist. Very nice and he didn’t find something wrong with every tooth like I had with another dentist. Very confident with him.
My kids came in for a cleaning, they had some cavity and when the kids were brought out I was handed a appointment card. I did not set that time, they did. So after looking at my schedule I could not do that time and called and changed it. Well 2 days before I called to see if someone had canceled and if we could do it early. Apparently they had canceled my appointment without me making that decision. All I wanted to do is come early. So they canceled all future appointments for something I didn’t do.
