Ya'll I haven't never been a fan of going to the dentist. I have to say I don't mind coming here when needed The staff is so friendly. What I appreciate is how down to earth Candy, Flor, and Dr. Albertson are. They genuinely make a good team. Outstanding atmosphere. They definitely go above and beyond to give you 5 star services.
Dr Deanna is wonderful, she's by far the best dentist I've ever had. She does excellent work, she's very patient, friendly, and kind. The entire staff is awesome as well, they're all super nice. Scheduling appointments quickly is never a issue either. They're the best dental office in my opinion.
I’ve yet to have an unpleasant experience...the entire staff is always pleasant, courteous and accommodating. This is definitely a practice where everyone enjoys their job and genuinely cares for the patients.
I moved to the Winston area a couple of years ago and I’ve been lazy about finding a dentist, but I didn’t have a choice when one of my crowns came loose. I had done some research a few months earlier and had already decided to go to Dr. Albertson @ Winston Smiles, so I called first thing in the morning after the crown came out the night before. Great service, my child felt very comfortable with the dentist as opposed to Ballinger on colusiem dr. where the dentist is rough with children and very short patient. He made a bad first experience for my child but Winston Smile made a great recovery place for her.....I will remain there.
