Stay away from this clinic. Front office staff are inexperienced, overwhelmed and insensitive except for one wonderful woman. Wait times on the phone are long. It’s difficult to get an appointment within a few days. There is an Urgent Care Clinic on site that I used once when my physician was on vacation where I saw a great female doctor. I saw an excellent physician in the regular clinic, Dr. S. Khalid. I only saw her for a few months because she went on maternity leave. Wait times aren't too bad didn't have an appointment needed to get blood test for a new born baby that has jaundice
If i could give a 0 star review,I would! What a terrible experience. DR. Chu is one of the worst professionals I have ever met, and I mean outside of the medical profession, just as a professional in the workforce. She is condescending and rude and if you are genuinely sick going in for a walk-in concern, she was absolutely useless and refers you back to your family dr anyways. Dont go to this clinic or her especially if you have concerns that need addressing.
One of the worst walk-in experiences I’ve ever had. I met with Dr. Chu. She failed to address any of the concerns I came in with. Instead, she told me that walk-in doctors are only for emergencies like broken legs or chest pain, which, in my understanding, are situations that typically require a hospital visit, not a walk-in clinic.
