I am so disappointed with this clinic. I was waiting 2 hours to finally see a doctor. She was so in Rush Rush, and get a sample of my throat and proscribed antibiotics,she said take it untill i let you know the results on Monday.i call afew time on Monday Tuesday.no results yet .after taking 6 days of antibiotics she call me to stop the medicine because the test results was negative. I sooooooo disappointedand mad by taking wrong medicine for 6 days without even i needed it .
Dr Bansal has been my doctor since 2003 and can’t explain how lucky me and my family had been . He is the best doctor anyone can ever have .
I have never had such a wonderful experience at Winston Park Family Physicians as I had today! I had an appointment today at 2pm for step 2 of my required TB test. Shortly after I sat down to wait for my turn, my name was called. I was greeted by a nurse, I later learned her name was Maya. She had a beautiful, friendly smile on her face and I immediately felt comfortable asking her the questions I came prepared to ask. To say I’m upset and discouraged is an understatement. I am a patient of dr. dizon’s and to get an appointment with her is extremely lengthy and I wait more than 5 months to see her. My appointment was booked for 3:30 PM. I was having an extremely hard mental health day due to physical and mental stressors and I called her office 20 minutes prior to my appointment to let them know that I’ll be 5-10 minutes late and if that’s okay. I've been coming here for years ever since I was a kid. Dr David Lawrence has always taken care of me and my family. it always surprised me to see how low the rating for this clinic is. I get people are frustrated about the health care system and its limitations but my experience with the people who work here over the years have always been positive, especially with Dr Lawrence as a family doctor, he is a very caring and sincere man and someone that is greatly needed to the community. We need more caring doctors like him
