This is the worst dentist ever! They charged me $400 for a procedure that my insurance says only costs $99. They did not fully explain that laser is not covered until after the work was done and are asking for anotehr $300 extra. All for only filings and deep cleaning for right side of mouth. Ridiculous! Worst customer service ever! Biling dept never calls you back and strings you along. and forget about a refund!
Expensive! If you don't have insurance expect little to no help! The woman even had the nerve to ask me the exact amount I'd get on my tax return. After being a patient there since I was a young girl I expected some form of help. Instead I was told that unless I could pay almost $500 per month towards services they couldn't help me. That's a lot of money. Unless you're rich....skip this office!
Im 26, single, no insurance, so finding affordable dentistry is really difficult for myself. I went to Gary winslows offices and found that had an affordable plan to recieve treatment cheaply and there customer care was superb. Not only that the the Dr's are very caring and take extreme caution and ensure your comfort most of all.
Dr. Winslow is very professional, while also having a very good chair-side manner. His work is well done, while not putting you into the poor house. I would never change dentists. He never does work that is not needed, as my husband had experienced with his former dentist. Our whole family think he is great.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Winslow for 28 years and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the treatment I have received at his dental office. In addition to outstanding regular service, I received excellent emergency treatment for a root canal. My routine examinations and cleanings are very well done. The reception and professional staff are all excellent. We would not have stayed with the same dentist for so long if we were not completely satisfied.
Dr. Winslow is very good with giving shots, but I have really bad anxiety with dentists and he didn't seem to cope with that very well. It takes a long time to get in for an appointment. Sometimes you have to wait up to 4 months. The decor is nice.
This is a very good dental office. I've had very bad experiences in the past with others. The dental assistants are polite and thural. The doctors are pleasent and professional. If you have an appt. at 10am. They usually call you in within 5-10 minutes.They also offer a very reasonable dental plan.
