This was my first time ever here and unfortunately it was an awful experience. The tech hurt me badly with the nail file, which was on a very high speed, and she didn’t say a word even after I yelled ouch, just dragged my foot back down for her to continue. She cut my toenails unevenly, way too short, and wiped the polish off twice because she kept messing up.
