Very unprofessional. 6 months to make a crown . Stay a way
This was my first meeting with Dr Lee,I came in for a cleaning,I never had such a an efficient dentist as Dr.Lee.she was quick but the best cleansing I ever had. it wasn't gentle but didn't hurt at all. Also gave me good advice about cleansing and I also trust her 100%, another dentist told me I need a root canal,which was a lie,I guess she only wanted to make money. You won't be disappointed to be a patient of Dr.Lee
Sketchy set up, Dr. Lee isn't rude but her bedside manner could use some serious work. It's cool to see the Doctor being so hands on with their business but concerning that the assistant doesn't seem to know the basics of assisting. I'm trying to stay open minded about this dental office but so far I'm not impressed and the concerning practices are mounting.
Dr. Winnie was very accomodating with my busy schedule. She was also very patient answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. The appointment was pleasant and she discussed all my options and also gave me some additional information for further research. If you need specialized oral care then give Dr. Winnie a try!
Great dentist in the keys! Took the time and really saved me from making a mistake.
