Mackenzie was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She was kind and attentive and the entire “Say Yes to the Dress” process was so amazing there. My dress was the last one I tried on and I absolutely fell in love and my family couldn’t stop ooh-ing and ahh-ing over me in it!! I felt like a fairytale princess out of my dreams! I could not recommend Winnie Couture enough. I love being a Winnie bride(:
i highly recommend NOT shopping at winnie couture in austin!! i went with a friend of mine for her to try on wedding dresses and from the moment we walked in, it wasn’t a great experience. there was only one other group in there at the time, but by the time my friend entered the dressing room, they were gone. the store is very small, which is fine, but when we walked in there were two female employees standing behind the desk, neither of which greeted us. there was a very small selection of dresses and we were told to pick w... read more
Olivia was amazing helping me find my dress allowing me to look and express my wants. The selection of dresses where just so beautiful I wanted to try all of them. I found my dream dress here and I am just beyond excited! Thank you Olivia!
We went to 3 different bridal shops prior to. Hands down, this place is amazing! The customer service and personal “one on one” atmosphere was out of this world. Thank you Olivia for everything and Winnie Couture for just simply existing
