Online booking system? Check! Staff warm and welcoming? Check! Actually helpful? Check! This is my third attempt at seeking help for my mental health and by FAR the most successful. Every person I dealt with was wonderful and I felt genuinely heard for the first time. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Not only are the staff super friendly, but their booking system is 10/10. It's done either via their online booking system, which works well, or via SMS. They send out cancellation SMS's to everybody on a specific psychologist's waiting list, and if you want the appointment, you just reply with "Yes" and usually you'll get it. They've also replied to me out of business hours multiple times. It's *so much* better than needing to call and talking with a receptionist.
I've been seeing Emma Fuller here for anxiety/depression for a few years now, and she's been a great help. Definitely recommend her. Their admin and reception processes are great too, very modern and easy to navigate.
